These terms

This page is the public offer agreement between you and Named & Seen. By completing a purchase you accept it. Last updated 25 September 2026.

What you are buying

A digital product: a wedding website template for Canva, together with a setup guide in PDF. Nothing physical is produced or shipped.

Each template includes an RSVP form, a countdown and a mobile layout. You edit it yourself in a free Canva account and publish it as your own website. Canva Pro is not required.

Photographs shown in the listings are for illustration. The template you receive contains the same layout and styling, with placeholder images you replace with your own.

Price and payment

Prices are shown and charged in euro. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate if your card is held in another currency.

Payment is by Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed by WayForPay. Card details are entered on WayForPay’s secure page and never reach this website.

Delivery

Delivery is electronic and immediate. Your template link and setup guide appear on screen straight after payment and are sent to the email address you give at checkout, normally within a few minutes.

Available worldwide, with no restriction by country. No courier or postal service is involved, and no delivery fee is charged.

If nothing arrives within one hour, write to hello@namedseen.com and the files will be sent again by hand the same day.

What you may do with it

You may use the template for one wedding — your own — and edit it as much as you like. You keep your copy for as long as your Canva account exists.

You may not resell it, share the file, give the template link to anyone else, or offer it as part of a service to other couples. The design stays the property of Named & Seen.

What we promise, and what we do not

We promise the template works as described, that the files reach you, and that questions are answered within one working day.

We do not control Canva. If Canva changes a feature, removes an element or has an outage, that is outside our hands, though we will always help you find a way around it.

Refunds

Because the product is delivered in full at the moment of purchase, sales are final and a change of mind is not a ground for a refund. Money is returned when the files did not arrive, when the template does not work as described, or when the same order was paid for twice.

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published here on the day of your purchase, and changes are never applied backwards.
