1. Who we are

Named & Seen is a design studio registered in Ukraine as an individual entrepreneur (FOP). You can reach us at any time at hello@namedseen.com.

2. What we sell

Edit it yourself. A digital wedding website template for Canva. After payment you receive a link to copy the template into your own Canva account, together with a setup guide.

Set up for you. The same template, set up by us with the details you send: names, dates, venue, texts and photos. We deliver your finished website within 3 working days after we receive all your details.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros. Payment is processed securely by WayForPay. We never see or store your card details.

4. Delivery

Edit it yourself: the template link is delivered by email after payment. If it doesn't arrive within one hour, check your spam folder or write to us.

Set up for you: after payment we send you a short form for your details. The 3 working days start once we have everything we need. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.

5. Your licence

When you buy a template, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for one wedding or event.

You may:

  • edit the text, photos, colours and fonts;
  • publish your website on a free Canva link or your own domain;
  • share the website with your guests.

You may not:

  • resell, share or give away the template or the template link;
  • use the template for clients or commercial projects;
  • claim the design as your own.

All designs remain the property of Named & Seen.

6. Canva

Our templates are made for Canva, a third-party service. A free Canva account is enough. We are not responsible for changes Canva makes to its features, pricing or availability.

7. Changes after delivery

Edit it yourself: you can change your website yourself in Canva at any time.

Set up for you: includes one round of changes within 7 days of delivery. Further changes can be requested for a small fee.

8. Liability

We do our best to make sure every template works well on phones and computers. We are not responsible for mistakes in the information you enter, such as dates, names or addresses, or for problems caused by third-party services.

9. Refunds

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects the mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
