Who is responsible for your data
Named & Seen, a design studio registered in Ukraine as an individual entrepreneur (FOP). Contact: hello@namedseen.com
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email and order details. Payment is handled by WayForPay, which processes your card details under its own privacy policy. We never see your card number.
- When you choose Set up for you: the wedding details you send us, such as names, dates, venue, texts and photos.
- When you contact us: your name, email and message.
- When you subscribe to our letters: your email address.
- When you browse: basic, anonymous analytics collected by our website platform, Squarespace, including cookies.
Why we use it
- to deliver your template or service;
- to answer your messages;
- to send our newsletter, only if you subscribed;
- to keep records required by law for accounting.
We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the shop: Squarespace (website hosting), WayForPay (payments), and our email provider. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Wedding details from Set up for you are deleted 6 months after delivery. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you emails. If you live in the EU, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
