Because this template is a digital product that is delivered instantly, it can't be returned once you have received the link. By completing your purchase, you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose your right of withdrawal once the link has been sent.

We still want you to be happy. If the template doesn't work as described, or you were charged twice, write to us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.

Set up for you (service)

• Before we start work: full refund, no questions asked.
• After we have started: we refund the service part (€55) and you keep the template.
• After delivery: no refund, but your round of changes is included, and we'll make sure you are happy with the result.

How to request a refund

Write to hello@namedseen.com with your name and order email. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–14 days, depending on your bank.
